COMMENT

ダイヤル、ケースデザインの素晴らしい1940年代クロノグラフです。ケースは円柱のシリンダー型に、フラットな面取りが輝きを放つフレキシブルラグを採用しています。当時としては高級素材であるステンレスを採用していることからも、クオリティの高さが伺えます。ダイヤルはブラックミラー。夜光無しモデルで、メーカーロゴを除くすべての印字は下地出しです。外周からタキメーター、テレメーター、ミニッツトラック、二つのインダイヤルです。ムーブメントはバルジューの古き良きCal.22を、ケース一杯に搭載しています。

ケースは傷は少なく、サイドやバックに目立った大きな傷は見られません。ダイヤルはミラーに若干の経年変化が現れています。全体に均一で、雰囲気の良いエイジングです。ギルトの印字は光を強く反射し、存在感を発揮しています。針は、上面をキラキラと反射させています。弊社にて分解掃除済みですので、ご購入後すぐお使いいただけます。

COMMENT

This 1940s chronograph showcases exceptional dial and case design. The cylindrical-shaped case features a gleaming flexible lug design with flat facets. The choice of using stainless steel, a luxurious material at the time, underscores the watch's high quality. The black mirror dial, devoid of luminescence, has all its printing, excluding the manufacturer's logo, done in an underlayer style. It incorporates a tachymeter, telemeter, minute track, and two sub-dials. The case accommodates the vintage and reputable Cal.22 movement from Valjoux, filling it entirely.

The case exhibits minimal scratches, with no prominent large marks on the sides or back. The dial displays a slight aging effect on the mirror, providing a uniformly atmospheric vintage look. The gilt printing reflects light strongly, adding a pronounced presence. The hands sparkle, reflecting light on their upper surfaces. Having undergone disassembly and cleaning by our team, the watch is ready for immediate use upon purchase.

During an era when wristwatches were considered high-priced, chronographs, with their high-performance features, were predominantly sold for professional use in military, aviation, and automotive applications.
