Finding a vintage Datejust isn't particularly difficult, but when you focus on subtle differences and pay attention to detail, you're drawn to the rarity and beauty of certain pieces. This one, manufactured in 1975, features a typical silver sunray dial. The lettering is uniformly done in black print, accentuating a more straightforward impression. A unique feature of this year model is the presence of σ T SWISS T σ marking at the bottom of the 6 o'clock position, denoting a Sigma dial—a delightful detail. Sigma dials are said to indicate the use of precious metals in the indices. It comes with a Jubilee bracelet Ref.62510H and clasp code A, along with End Links 555.

The condition is superb, showing no signs of its 50-year history. The case is in excellent condition, with minimal wear and allowing you to fully appreciate its proportions. There is some corrosion between the lugs due to years of end-link attachment, a common occurrence seen in Rolex watches. The serial number is slightly faded but still readable. The dial shows no noticeable damage, and the hands and indexes exhibit no discoloration, indicating good storage conditions. The luminous paint on the dots remains intact, presenting a beautiful beige color. It has been overhauled by us, confirming a power reserve of over 48 hours.
