REFUND POLICY・RESERVE ｜ 返品交換・取り置き

お買い上げ後の保証は1年間で、期間内に故障した場合は修理にて対応します。返品交換は一切対応しませんので、ご了承ください。

商品の取置きは、２週間迄で内金として1割をお願いします。キャンセルの場合、内金は返金しませんので、ご了承ください。

All of our products are covered with a one year warranty. If you experience any problems with your watch within the warranty period, will we repair it for you. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on purchased items.

We can reserve an item for you for up to 2 weeks. A deposit of 10% of the item's price is payable at the time of reservation. Please note that in the case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
