サントスはブレスレットとベゼルがビスで彩られた、カルティエの個性を象徴するスポーツモデル。主に1980年代に製造された八角形ベゼルのサントスオクタゴンの中でも、金無垢のハイエンドモデルです。オールドサントスの特徴でもある、平面カットされたブレスレットよりスポーティに徹しており、角度でキラキラと輝きます。ダイヤルはほんのりとポーセリンのような発色の良いホワイト。カルティエのアイデンティティでもあるローマンインデックスに、ブルースチールのバトンハンドが組み合わされています。

The Santos is a sporty model that epitomizes Cartier's distinctive style with its bracelet and bezel adorned with screws. Among the octagonal-bezel Santos Octagon models primarily manufactured in the 1980s, this solid gold edition stands out as a high-end offering. Retaining the characteristic flat-cut bracelet seen in Old Santos models, it exudes a sporty allure, sparkling at every angle. The dial features a gently porcelain-like, vibrant white hue adorned with Cartier's iconic Roman numerals and blue steel baton hands.

The most notable feature of this model lies in its cabochon sapphire-set crown and bracelet. The sapphire on the crown, unique to solid gold models, features a special multi-faceted cut not found on regular octagonal models.
