COMMENT

機械式全盛期のオメガらしい、完成度の高い一本です。クオーツショック以前の円熟期に製造された個体で、年を重ねても自然に寄り添うデザインバランスを備えています。厚みとサイズの取り回しが良く、日本人の腕にも収まりやすいプロポーション。針とインデックスは中央に黒色を用いたオニキスタイプで、視認性が良くキリっとした雰囲気が魅力的。ブレスレットはビーズオブライス Ref.1036、エンドリンク511が組み合わされています。

ケースは優れたプロポーションを維持しており、打痕などの使用傷は見られますが、最小限に収まっています。リューズの溝に欠けはなく、良好な状態です。ダイヤルはシルバーベースを保っており、経年によるポツポツは確認できません。針とインデックスはファセットの光沢を維持し、視認性は非常に良好です。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

わずかにカーブした文字盤、ドーフィンハンドといったヴィンテージらしいディテールを、日常で無理なく楽しめるモデルです。意匠としてのアンティーク感がありつつ、機械式ムーブメントが成熟した世代ならではの安定感も期待できます。スーツスタイルにもよく馴染み、清潔感のある佇まいで長く付き合えるオメガと言えるでしょう。

COMMENT

A highly accomplished example from Omega’s mechanical golden age, produced during the mature years prior to the Quartz Shock. Its balanced design allows it to age gracefully, while the manageable thickness and size offer proportions that sit comfortably on the wrist. The onyx-style hands and indexes, accented with black centers, enhance legibility and create a crisp, disciplined expression. The watch is fitted with a beads-of-rice bracelet, Ref.1036, paired with 511 end links.

The case retains excellent proportions, showing only minor signs of use that do not detract from its appearance. The grooves of the crown remain intact and well defined. The dial preserves its silver base without visible speckling from age. The faceted surfaces of the hands and indexes maintain their luster, providing very good legibility. Fully serviced by our watchmaker.

With its subtly curved dial and dauphine hands, the watch carries authentic vintage character while benefiting from the stability typical of a matured mechanical generation.
