金無垢ケースは、ステップベゼルによる立体感と、柔らかな曲線を描くケースフォルムが調和し、上質なクラシックデザインを一層引き立てています。粒金仕上げのカボションリューズが健在で、カルティエならではの美意識が細部にまで息づいています。ホワイトのダイヤルはシークレットシグネチャーはなく、6時位置に「Paris」の表記。ローマンインデックスとレールウェイトラックを配した構成は、同社の象徴的な意匠。当時の金色針を装備しています。Dバックルは18金無垢製の純正品。バックルは初期のサイズ調整ができないタイプですので、ご購入時に腕周りをお伝えいただければ、別途ベルト代を頂き、長さが合うものを取り付けます。天然素材のため、腑の模様の選択はできませんのでご了承ください。

The solid gold case harmoniously combines the three-dimensional presence of a stepped bezel with the graceful curvature of the case form, elevating its refined classical design. The beaded cabochon crown remains intact—an enduring expression of Cartier’s distinctive aesthetic. The white dial features no secret signature and bears a “Paris” designation at 6 o'clock. With Roman numerals and a railroad minute track, the dial embodies the brand’s quintessential design language. It is fitted with the original gold-tone hands from the period.The accompanying folding clasp is an original early model crafted in solid 18K gold, without any size adjustment mechanism.

The dial has gracefully aged to a subdued cream tone, which pairs elegantly with the gold case and imparts a refined vintage character. A few faint hairline cracks are present but do not affect legibility. The case itself shows no significant damage, and the hallmark on the caseback remains crisp and clearly visible. The watch has been disassembled and professionally cleaned by our company.
