UFOを思わせる柔らかな丸みをもつケースに、鏡面とヘアラインを切り替えた立体的なファンシーラグを組み合わせた、独自の気品を感じさせるプロポーション。ダイヤルはシルバーの同心円仕上げで、スペイシーな雰囲気を重厚なホワイトゴールドケースが静かに支えています。このRef.6592においてホワイトゴールドは稀少であり、ケーススタイルとの親和性は高く、全体の調和を高めています。アプライドのバーインデックスとドーフィン針による構成は、余計な装飾を排した抑制の効いた仕上がりで、ケース径36mm未満という控えめなサイズながら、厚みと構成の妙により存在感を放ちます。

ムーブメントには、ヴァシュロン初の自動巻きとして開発されたCal.K1072を搭載。マイクロローター、スワンネック緩急針、ブレゲヒゲを備え、ジュネーブシールを取得した高品位なキャリバーです。18,000振動／時のリズムとともに、面取りや装飾を含む繊細な仕上げが機械そのものの美しさを際立たせています。

ケースはエッジの立ったシャープな形状で、鏡面とヘアラインが明確に切り替わる構成が保たれています。使用感はごくわずかで、ケース全体に目立つ傷は見られません。ダイヤルはミントコンディションを保ち、アプライドのロゴやインデックス、針はくすみがなく、当時の質感がよく残されています。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

18世紀中頃創業のヴァシュロン・コンスタンタン。日本では誤訳により長い間バセロン・コンスタンチンの呼称で愛されていました。キャビノチェの精神に受け継ぐ世界最古の高級時計ブランドです。キャビノチェは、照明装置の乏しかった当時、技術の高い職人は明かりを求めて屋根裏部屋（キャビネット）に工房を設けており、人々は彼らに敬意を表してキャビノチェと呼んでいたことが語源です。マルタ十字のクロスをブランドロゴに掲げ、高く洗練された優れた技術力によって生み出された名品はコレクターも多く、世界中から高い評価を得ています。

With its soft, rounded case reminiscent of a UFO and bold fancy lugs alternating between polished and brushed surfaces, this piece radiates a quiet elegance rooted in its unique proportions. The silver dial features a concentric circular finish, evoking a space-age atmosphere that is grounded by the weight and refinement of its solid white gold case. White gold is particularly rare for Ref. 6592, yet harmonizes beautifully with the case design, enhancing the overall balance of the piece. The applied bar indexes and clean dauphine hands create a restrained aesthetic, and though the case measures just under 36mm, its thickness and proportions give it a strong presence on the wrist.

Inside beats Vacheron Constantin’s first automatic movement: Caliber K1072. Equipped with a full rotor, swan-neck regulator, and Breguet overcoil, it proudly bears the Geneva Seal—a testament to its exceptional craftsmanship. Operating at 18,000 vibrations per hour, the caliber is richly decorated with hand-finishing, chamfering, and traditional embellishments that elevate its mechanical beauty.

The case retains sharp edges and a clearly defined contrast between mirror polish and brushed surfaces. Signs of wear are minimal, with no notable blemishes to the case. The dial is in mint condition, with crisp applied logos, hour markers, and hands that show no signs of aging or tarnish. Fully disassembled and cleaned by our workshop.

Among the dress watches of the era, this model stands out for both its case construction and movement sophistication. Vacheron Constantin in the 1960s, while standing shoulder to shoulder with Patek Philippe and Audemars Piguet, took a bolder, more avant-garde approach to case design. This model exemplifies that philosophy—with a discovolante (flying saucer) silhouette, intricate lugs, and the rare use of white gold, it transcends classical conventions in pursuit of sculptural beauty.
