1952年製造、ハーフロータームーブメントを搭載した初期のシーマスターです。ケースは幅広のベゼルと多角的なエッジを持つフーデッドラグが組み合わさり、優れたデザイン性を発揮しています。ダイヤルはブラックミラー仕上げで、チャプターリングとレターにはゴールドギルトを採用。砲弾型インデックスと、内側に配された細かい目盛りのチャプターリングが、1950年代らしい魅力を際立たせています。こちらはノンルミナス仕様で、針にはソリッドなドーフィンハンドを組み合わせています。

ケースはフーデッドラグの複雑なファセットを当時のまま保持しており、小傷はあるものの、大きな打痕や損傷は見られません。ブラックミラーダイヤルは当時の艶感を残しており、高評価に値します。ルーペで光を反射させると微細な経年変化が確認できますが、肉眼ではほとんど気にならず、よく見るとわずかにブラウンがかった色味に変化しており、風防を外すとそのニュアンスがより明確になります。針やインデックスのメッキは美しい光沢を保ち、エイジングの影響も見られません。このコンディションのブラックミラーダイヤルは極めて貴重です。弊社にて分解掃除済みです。

COMMENT

Manufactured in 1952, this early Omega Seamaster is equipped with a half-rotor movement. The case features a wide bezel paired with multifaceted hooded lugs, showcasing an exceptional design aesthetic. The dial is finished in black mirror with a gold-gilt chapter ring and lettering. Bullet-shaped indices and an inner minute track further emphasize the distinctive 1950s charm. This is a non-luminous version, complemented by solid dauphine hands.  

The case retains the original sharp facets of its hooded lugs, with minor scratches but no significant dents or damage. The black mirror dial has preserved its period-correct gloss, making it highly desirable. Under magnification, faint signs of aging can be seen when light reflects off the surface, but to the naked eye, these are barely noticeable. The dial has subtly aged to a warm brown hue, which becomes more apparent when the crystal is removed. The hands and indices retain their brilliant luster, showing no signs of deterioration. A black mirror dial in this condition is exceptionally rare. Fully serviced by our company.  

The Ref. 14350 stands out with its distinctive hooded lugs, reminiscent of Omega’s 1930s Scarab case designs, revived in the 1950s with a fresh interpretation.
