クロノグラフに複数の機能を付加し、飛行士のニーズに応えたフライトマスター。パイロットラインと呼ばれる、フジツボのようなケースデザインは1960から1970年代にかけてオメガが展開したデザインです。インナー回転ベゼルは8時のリューズで調整し、経過時間を確認。青色の12時間針は、10時位置のリューズで任意の位置に調整でき、2タイムゾーンの時刻表示を可能にします。3,6,9ドットレスタイプの文字盤です。オレンジのセンタークロノや積算計針はこの時計の独自性を高めています。

ダイアルはご覧の通り、エイジングによって月のようなテクスチャに変化しています。トリチウムの夜光がオリジナルのままに、薄いベージュで現存していることは素晴らしいです。それとは対照的にブラウンとシャンパンゴールドを織り交ぜたようなカラーリングの盤面は品のある面持ちで、スペシャルなエイジングを見せています。インダイアルはミントコンディション、コントラストが楽しめます。オレンジのセンタークロノと積算計針は色味を残しながら均一にフェード化しており、良い雰囲気です。ケースは細かい傷は見られますが、大きな損傷は見られません。フジツボケースのオリジナルプロポーションをよく残しています。動画にてご確認ください。

スピードマスターはNASAで採用されたことで有名ですが、フライトマスターはソビエト宇宙機関であるROSCOSMOSで採用されました。二つと同じものはない素晴らしいパティナを持ったフライトマスターをぜひご検討ください。

The Flightmaster, designed to meet the needs of pilots by incorporating multiple functions into a chronograph, features the distinctive "Pilot Line" case design reminiscent of a yoke. Omega introduced this design in the 1960s and 1970s. The inner rotating bezel is adjusted with the crown at 8 o'clock to monitor elapsed time. The blue 12-hour hand, adjustable with the crown at 10 o'clock, allows setting the time to any desired position, enabling the display of a second time zone. The dial, with dots at 3, 6, and 9, is a distinctive feature. The orange central chronograph hand and accumulator hands enhance the uniqueness of this timepiece.

As evident from the dial, aging has transformed its texture, resembling the surface of the moon. The tritium luminescence remains original, now presenting a beautiful beige hue. In contrast, the dial, interwoven with shades of brown and champagne gold, exudes an elegant demeanor, showcasing a special aging process. The in-dial is in mint condition, offering an enjoyable contrast. The orange central chronograph and accumulator hands uniformly fade with retained color tones, creating a pleasing atmosphere. While the Speedmaster gained fame for its NASA adoption, the Flightmaster found its place with the Soviet space agency ROSCOSMOS. Consider this unique Flightmaster with a wonderful patina that makes it one of a kind.
