リファレンス105.003は、スピードマスターの歴史の中で特別な存在です。 1964年に厳格なNASAテストを受け、最終的に1965年3月1日に承認されました。ジェミニミッションで宇宙飛行士たちに選ばれた時計でもあったため、その中の一人「エドホワイト」のニックネームになりました。

The reference 105.003 holds a special place in the history of the Speedmaster. It underwent rigorous NASA testing in 1964 and was ultimately approved on March 1, 1965. It was also the watch chosen by astronauts for the Gemini missions, earning it the nickname of one of them, "Ed White."

The case is in excellent condition, allowing you to fully appreciate its original shape. The logo on the case back is clear and crisp. While there is some discoloration on the luminous material due to aging, combined with the gray fading of the bezel, it exudes a very pleasing atmosphere. It's worth noting that the -64 model is rarer compared to the -65 version.
