フランス人のインテリアデザイナーであるセルジュ・マンゾンによってデザインされた時計。ケースはバックルを模した形状で、サイズは45.8mm x 29.8mmのスターリングシルバー925製です。ダイヤルは鏡のような質感のダークブラウンカラーで、光の角度によって表情を変化させます。ホワイトプリントのクロスラインが引き締まった印象を与えます。この希少な作品を実用できるよう、ストラップはオリジナルをサンプリングした、弊社製クロコダイルレザーを使用しています。シルバーのテールチップのついた、オリジナルの象革ストラップも付属しています。

ケースは適度に使用され、小傷が残り雰囲気を増しています。エッジが効いており、重厚な着用感が堪りません。ダイヤルはミントで、気になるようなダメージは見られません。針やホワイトプリントは経年による劣化の見られない、素晴らしいコンディションです。弊社にて分解掃除済みです。

セルジュ・マンゾンは、映画プロデューサーとしてキャリアをスタートしましたが、その後は、家具、ジュエリー、時計、衣類、など様々なファッションアクセサリーのデザインに取り組みました。1973年のバーゼルフェアで、ロンジンはシルバー製の腕時計で構成される「セルジュ・マンゾン コレクション」を発表しました。発表から50年経過した現在においても、ユニークな彼の作品は、独自の人気を博しています。

COMMENT

This collection was designed by the French furniture designer Serge Manzon. The case resembles a buckle and is made of sterling silver 925, measuring 45.8mm x 29.8mm. The dial has a mirror-like texture in a dark brown color, which changes its appearance depending on the angle of light. White printed cross lines add a refined touch. To ensure practicality of this rare piece, the strap is made of crocodile leather sampled from the original by our company. An original elephant leather strap with a silver tail tip is also included.

The case shows moderate signs of use, with minor scratches adding to its character. The edges are sharp, adding to the substantial wearing experience. The dial is in mint condition, with no noticeable damage. The hands and white prints are in excellent condition, showing no signs of deterioration due to aging. The watch has been disassembled and cleaned by our company.

Serge Manzon began his career as a film producer but later ventured into designing furniture, jewelry, watches, clothing, and various fashion accessories. He acquired his design knowledge entirely through self-study. In 1973, at the Basel Fair, Longines unveiled the "Serge Manzon Collection," consisting of various silver wristwatches. His unique creations continue to enjoy popularity to this day.
