すりばち状のインナーリングに5分刻みのインデックスを配置したポールルーター、希少なレディースサイズです。ダイヤル中心はブラックギルトで奥行きが感じられます。従来のポールルーターからは、ルミナスとクロスラインが省かれています。盤面を駆けるドルフィンハンドの針は、クラシカルで視認性が良いです。ケースは真円でねじれたラグが特徴で、ケースサイドはラグまで流れるようなシームレスな造りです。このデザインは、ジェラルド・ジェンタがまだ無名だった頃に手掛けたもので、その背景も相まって非常に人気があります。

ケースは半世紀以上経ったとは思えないほど良好なコンディションで、小傷のみで大きな損傷はなく、ねじれたラグのエッジもシャープに保たれています。インナーリングは劣化が見られず、ブラックギルトのダイヤルは艶が残っており、ブランドロゴのレタープリントは美しいままを保っています。針は状態が良く、上面のメッキにくすみは見られません。弊社にて分解掃除済みで、安心してご使用いただけます。

ポールルーターの始まりは、SAS（スカンジナビア航空）が耐磁性を備えた堅牢な時計の製作をユニバーサル・ジュネーブへ依頼したことからでした。これは、SASが計画していた北極を超える2600kmの先駆的な飛行を称えるために、その名が付けられました。このモデルはどこかエレガントでありながら、ツールウォッチのルーツを持っているため、クラシックな美しさと機能性を兼ね備えています。

ユニバーサル・ジュネーブの歴史は二人の時計師、エミーユ・デコームとジョルジュ・ペレによって1894年スイスで創業されたところから始まる。高級感溢れるデザインウォッチや複雑時計の製造を得意とし、クロノグラフの名品＜コンパックス＞を開発したことで、その名を時計史に刻んだ名門のブランド。

The Polerouter with a bowl-shaped inner ring featuring 5-minute interval indices, in a rare ladies' size. The centre of the dial is black gilt, giving it a sense of depth. Unlike traditional Polerouters, it omits the luminous and cross-line features. The dauphine hands are classic and highly legible. The case is a perfect circle with twisted lugs, and the case sides flow seamlessly into the lugs. This design was crafted by Gérald Genta before he became famous, adding to its high popularity.

The case is in remarkably good condition for being over half a century old, with only minor scratches and no significant damage. The edges of the twisted lugs remain sharp. The inner ring shows no signs of deterioration, the black gilt dial retains its shine, and the brand logo's letter print remains beautiful. The hands are in good condition with no tarnishing on the upper plating. It has been disassembled and cleaned by our company, ensuring reliable use.

The Polerouter began when SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) requested Universal Genève to produce a robust watch with anti-magnetic properties. This was to commemorate SAS's pioneering 2,600 km flight over the North Pole, which gave the model its name. This watch is elegant yet rooted in the tool watch tradition, combining classic beauty and functionality.

Renowned for their luxurious design watches and complicated timepieces, they made their mark in horology history by developing the famous chronograph "Compax," cementing their status as a prestigious brand.
