1930年代のユニコンパックス。フラットベゼルのシリンダーケースと多角的なエッジのフーデッドラグが、当時のアール・デコデザインを表しています。ダイヤルはホワイトで、外周に青プリントのタキメーター、ミニッツ、インデックスが配置されています。夜光無しモデルで、ブルースチールの幅狭な針を採用。バーインデックスとも連動したクラシックなデザインです。自社キャリバー、ユニバーサルCal.285は、ピラーホイールにキャリングアームを備えた、クラシッククロノの王道機構です。堅牢な作りと美しい仕上げが魅力で、ZENITHなどでも採用された信頼の高いムーブメントです。

ケースは手付かずで、エッジの効いた状態が保たれ、使用感の少ない竜頭とプッシュに感銘を受けます。ダイヤルはパーフェクトコンディションです。経年による劣化が一切見られず、プリントの剥がれもありません。ブルースチールの針はどれも綺麗に輝きます。弊社にて分解掃除済みです。

リファレンスのない初期のユニコンパックスです。このコンディションで市場に出ることは非常に稀です。複雑機構の最重要メーカーであるUGの戦前のモデルをミントコンディションでお楽しみください。

ユニバーサル・ジュネーブの歴史は、二人の時計師エミーユ・デコームとジョルジュ・ペレによって1894年にスイスで創業されたことから始まります。高級感溢れるデザインウォッチや複雑時計の製造を得意とし、クロノグラフの名品＜コンパックス＞を開発したことで、その名を時計史に刻んだ名門ブランドです。

COMMENT

A Uni-Compax from the 1930s. The flat bezel and cylindrical case with multi-faceted edged hooded lugs reflect the Art Deco design of the time. The dial is white, with blue printed tachymeter, minute, and index scales around the perimeter. This is a non-luminous model, featuring narrow blue steel hands. The design is classic, with bar indexes complementing the overall aesthetic. The in-house caliber, Universal Cal. 285, features a column wheel with a carrying arm, representing the classic chronograph mechanism. Known for its robust construction and beautiful finish, this movement is highly reliable and has been used by brands like Zenith.

The case remains untouched, retaining its sharp edges and showing minimal wear on the crown and pushers. The dial is in perfect condition, free from any signs of aging or print loss. The blue steel hands are all beautifully radiant. The watch has been fully serviced by our company.

This early Unicompax model lacks a reference number. Finding such a piece in this condition on the market is extremely rare. Enjoy this mint-condition pre-war model from UG, a key manufacturer of complicated mechanisms.
