COMMENT

セイコーダイバーの中で3世代目となるモデルの、REF.6306-7001。1976年から1979年までに作られたと言われています。海外向けの6309と違い、ハック機能の付いた6306Aを搭載しています。曜日の表記は漢字/英語を選ぶことができます。

ダイアルコンディションがとても良く、プリントの色味が抜けず綺麗に残っています。裏蓋のシリアルの刻印は深く大変良好です。手巻が付いていない自動巻きムーブメントで、巻上げ機能が肝心です。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

BRAND

1960年代は、機械式腕時計は完成期とも言えるほどの発展を遂げた時期で、セイコーは精度コンクールの分野でも量産の分野でも、世界に追いつき、追いぬいた時代であった。同時に、「時計の電子化」が進展し、1969（昭和44）年12月にセイコーが世界初のクオーツ（水晶）腕時計を発売することにより、機械式腕時計からクオーツ腕時計へと大きく舵を切ろうとする時期でもあった。

COMMENT

The Seiko Diver Ref. 6306-7001 represents the third generation of Seiko’s professional dive watches, produced between 1976 and 1979. Unlike the export-oriented Ref. 6309, this model is equipped with the Cal. 6306A, featuring a hacking function for precise time setting. The day display can be switched between Kanji and English, reflecting its domestic-market specification.

The dial is in excellent condition, with its print retaining sharpness and color. The serial engraving on the caseback is deeply struck and very well preserved. Powered by a self-winding movement without manual winding capability, its efficient automatic winding system is essential to operation. Fully serviced by our watchmakers.

BRAND

The 1960s was a period of significant development for mechanical wristwatches, reaching a level of near perfection. Seiko advanced in both accuracy competitions and mass production, catching up with and surpassing global standards. At the same time, the "electronification of watches" progressed, and in December 1969, Seiko launched the world's first quartz wristwatch, marking a major shift from mechanical to quartz watches.
