フラットベゼルとフラットラグを備えたユニバーサル・ジュネーブの手巻きモデル。厚さわずか6.6mmという薄型ながら、ベゼルとラグの鏡面仕上げが強く輝き、存在感を放ちます。ダイヤルはゴールドの縦ヘアライン仕上げで、幅の狭いペンシルハンドとバーインデックスの組み合わせが洗練された印象を与えます。センターに施されたブラックプリントが全体の引き締め役となっています。

ダイヤルは経年変化の見られないミントコンディション。ケースは販売当時のシールが良好に残されており、往時の姿を想起させる稀少な状態です。レザーバンドには年式相応の劣化が見られるものの、全体として大変好印象です。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

COMMENT

This hand-wound Universal Genève features a flat bezel and straight lugs. Despite its remarkably slim 6.6mm profile, the polished finish of the bezel and lugs radiates a striking presence. The gold dial is vertically brushed, paired with slender pencil hands and baton indexes for a refined aesthetic. A black printed cross at the centre provides balance and definition to the overall design.

The dial remains in mint condition with no visible signs of ageing. The case retains its original factory sticker in excellent condition, a rare and evocative detail that recalls its period of sale. While the leather strap shows natural wear consistent with age, the overall impression is highly appealing. Fully disassembled, cleaned, and serviced in-house.

Though crafted in solid gold, the flat, linear lugs and restrained dial lend the watch a striking tension and purity of form. This piece from the distinguished Universal Genève may appear understated at first glance, yet once in hand, its meticulous design and flawless execution reveal themselves with undeniable authority.
