COMMENT

1960年代に製造されたオメガ・コンステレーション Ref.167.005です。張り出したドッグレッグラグと細身のベゼルを組み合わせた、同世代を象徴するケースデザインです。縦方向の繊細な仕上げを施したシルバーダイヤルには、ブラックのインレイを配したアプライドバーインデックスとドーフィンハンドを配置。デイト表示と夜光塗料を用いない端正な構成により、ダイヤル本来の均整が際立っています。

ケースには使用に伴う細かな傷が見られますが、ラグの稜線とケースのプロポーションは良好に保たれています。ダイヤルにはわずかな経年変化が認められるものの、縦方向の仕上げや各種プリントは鮮明です。針とインデックスにも美しい輝きが残り、ブラックのインレイも欠損なく保たれています。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

ムーブメントは、ノンデイト仕様の自動巻クロノメーターCal.551を搭載。24石、毎時19,800振動、約50時間のパワーリザーブを備え、両方向巻き上げ機構を採用しています。ブレスレットはオメガ純正の5連ビーズ・オブ・ライス、Ref.1502にNo.11のエンドリンクを組み合わせた当時に準じた仕様です。コンステレーションらしいドレス感を保ちながら、金属ブレスレットならではの実用性も備えています。

The Omega Constellation Ref. 167.005 was produced during the 1960s. Its case combines prominent dog-leg lugs with a slender bezel, a design characteristic of the period. The silver dial is finished with a fine vertical brushing and fitted with applied baton indexes featuring black inlays, together with dauphine hands. The absence of a date display and luminous material gives the dial a clean, well-balanced appearance.

The case shows minor scratches from use, while the defined contours of the lugs and the overall proportions remain well preserved. The dial displays slight signs of age, though its vertical finish and printing remain crisp. The hands and indexes retain an attractive luster, and the black inlays remain fully intact. Fully serviced by our watchmaker.

The watch is powered by the automatic chronometer-rated Cal. 551. This no-date movement has 24 jewels, runs at 19,800 vibrations per hour, and offers a power reserve of approximately 50 hours, with a bidirectional winding system. It is fitted with a period-correct Omega five-row beads-of-rice bracelet, Ref. 1502, with No. 11 end links. The bracelet adds everyday practicality while preserving the composed character expected of a Constellation.
