CARTIER Santos Octagon LM Ref.2965です。サントスの象徴であるビス装飾を八角形ベゼルに落とし込んだ、1980年代らしい個性を備えるモデルです。ポーセリンを思わせるラッカーホワイトダイヤルに、ミニッツトラック、ローマンインデックス、サークルラインを組み合わせた優美なデザインが魅力です。ブルースチールのバトン針とブルーのカボションリューズが上品なアクセントとなり、カルティエらしい端正な印象を引き立てています。ムーブメントは自動巻のETA 2671を搭載しています。

ケースとブレスレットは使用に伴う小傷が見られますが、全体として整ったコンディションを維持しています。上面、側面ともに大きく目立つ傷はなく、ダメージを受けやすいラグ部分も良好な状態です。サントス オクタゴンではダイヤルにクラックが入った個体が少なくありませんが、本個体はクラックのないきれいなダイヤルを備えています。プリントは明瞭で、ブルースチール針に錆の兆候は見られません。オールステンレスのブレスレットは使用感を伴いますが、フラットなコマが光をきれいに反射し、時計全体の雰囲気を損なわない状態です。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

The CARTIER Santos Octagon LM Ref.2965 is a model with a distinctly 1980s character, incorporating the screw motif associated with the Santos into an octagonal bezel. The porcelain-like lacquered white dial features a graceful combination of a minute track, Roman numerals, and circular line detail. Blued steel baton hands and a blue cabochon crown add refined accents, enhancing the clean and elegant impression expected of Cartier. The watch is powered by the automatic ETA 2671.

The case and bracelet show minor scratches from use, but remain in well-balanced overall condition. There are no major noticeable scratches on either the upper surfaces or the case sides, and the lugs, which are often prone to damage, are also well preserved. Many Santos Octagon examples show cracking to the dial, but this watch retains a clean dial with no cracks. The printing remains crisp, and the blued steel hands show no signs of rust. The all-stainless-steel bracelet shows signs of wear, but the flat links reflect the light beautifully and preserve the overall character of the watch. Fully serviced by our watchmaker.
