オメガのフラッグシップモデルであるコンステレーション。ケース・ダイヤルともに18金無垢を採用したゴージャスな個体です。特徴的なダイヤルデザインは、大胆なダイヤモンド型インデックスと、12角にカットされたパイパンダイヤルで、オメガを代表するデザインの1つです。ダイヤルの内側は縦ヘアライン、外側は同心円の仕上げが施され、パイパンの立体感を強調しています。搭載されているムーブメントは全回転自動巻の第2世代Cal.551。550番台以降のキャリバーは、無駄を省きつつ完成されたスマートな機構に進化しています。

The Omega Constellation, a flagship model, exudes opulence with both its case and dial made of solid 18k gold. This particular piece showcases one of Omega's most iconic designs, featuring bold diamond-shaped indices and a 12-sided pie-pan dial. The inner part of the dial is finished with vertical hairlines, while the outer ring boasts a concentric pattern that emphasizes the depth and three-dimensional effect of the pie-pan design. It is powered by the second-generation full-rotor automatic movement, Cal. 551. Movements in the 550 series marked a significant evolution in Omega’s engineering, streamlining mechanisms without sacrificing reliability.

The case retains its original sharp edges, with no signs of thinning. The hallmark on the underside of the lugs remains crisp and distinct. The dial is in mint condition, with hands and indices free of any tarnish, gleaming brilliantly in the light. Having undergone full servicing at our workshop, this piece is ready for immediate use.

The automatic winding mechanism of this generation of Omega movements is highly efficient, requiring very little manual winding. While the original crown was designed with aesthetics in mind, making manual winding slightly less convenient, this is part of the watch's original specifications and does not impact functionality.
