ヴィンテージミリタリーの王道。1948年から1960年代まで生産されたマーク11の1948製造初期ロットモデルです。マーク11はイギリス空軍に官給されたパイロットウォッチで、ダイヤルには↑（ブロードアロー）、ケースバックにはイギリス空軍官給品であることを示す「6B」が刻印されています。搭載ムーブメントのCal.89はマーク11専用の特別仕様で、ハック機能（秒停止機能）を備えており、ブロードアローが刻印されています。

ケースは手付かずの素晴らしいプロポーションです。実用で使われてきた軍用時計において、コンディションの良いものは稀有です。ダイヤルはパーフェクトです。気になるようなエイジング、ダメージは見られません。望みうる中で最高のコンディションと言える一本です。弊社にて分解掃除は済ませています。

アメリカマサチューセッツ州ボストン出身の時計師、フロレンタイン・アリオスト・ジョーンズが1868年に創立したのが始まり。特徴的なデザインで今なお世界中で人気を誇る「パイロット・ウォッチ」コレクションなど、多くの人気シリーズを発売。磁気から時計を守る為の軟鉄製インナーケースや、IWC独自の"ぺラトン式"と呼ばれる両回転式自動巻機構はあまりに有名。

This is a classic vintage military timepiece. It's an early production model of the Mark 11, manufactured from 1948 to the 1960s. The Mark 11 was a pilot's watch issued to the British Royal Air Force, featuring the broad arrow symbol (↑) on the dial and the designation "6B" on the case back, indicating it as an official issue by the RAF. The movement, Cal.89, is a special specification exclusive to the Mark 11, equipped with a hacking function (seconds stop), and bears the broad arrow symbol.

The case maintains impeccable proportions, untouched and pristine. In the realm of military watches that have seen practical use, finding one in such excellent condition is exceptionally rare.
