ダイヤルは内周が縦方向のヘアライン、外周は同心円状の仕上げが施され、立体的な表情を見せています。インデックスは楔型を基調に、3・6・9時位置はスクエア型を採用し、デザインにリズムを加えています。インデックスの内周に配されたチャプターリングは象嵌のように隆起しています。6時位置のスモールセコンドはパテックを彷彿とさせる丸みを帯びた立体的な造形の針と、レコード状の溝が精緻に刻まれています。針は中央に稜線を持つアルファハンドで、2面のファセットが光を美しく反射。14金無垢、35mmカラトラバケースに収められ、端正なフォルムと気品ある輝きを放っています。

ケースは傷が少なく、整ったプロポーションを維持したグッドコンディションです。ベゼルは小傷が最小に留まり、美しい輪郭を保っています。ダイヤルは経年による傷やパティナがほとんどなく、外周の隆起部分が健やかに残されています。針は光を受けて輝く様をしっかりと保っています。インデックスは細かな傷が一部にあるのみで全体的に光沢を放っています。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

ダイヤルの作り込みが繊細で秀逸です。2ラインのブランド表記は、品格があって良いです。現在はブランドロゴに錨のマークが付されていますが、ロゴが描かれていない時代のタイムピースにあたります。隆起したチャプターリングやカラトラバケース、スモールセコンドの意匠など、当時から高級機として製造された背景が窺える一本です。

COMMENT

The dial presents a refined interplay of textures, with vertical brushing at the center and concentric finishing on the outer ring, giving it a three-dimensional character. The indexes are primarily wedge-shaped, with square markers at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock adding rhythm to the layout. A raised chapter ring encircles the inner section, resembling an inlaid design. At six o’clock, the small seconds is rendered with a delicately rounded hand reminiscent of Patek, paired with finely engraved concentric grooves. The alpha hands, with central ridges and faceted surfaces, capture and reflect light beautifully. All of this is framed within a solid 14K gold Calatrava case, defined by its elegant proportions and graceful brilliance.

The case shows minimal wear and retains balanced proportions in very good condition. The bezel bears only the slightest marks, preserving its sharp outline. The dial remains exceptionally well-preserved, with virtually no signs of scratches or patina, and the raised outer chapter ring intact. The hands still sparkle vividly under the light, while the indexes show only minor surface marks and maintain their overall polished luster. Serviced and disassembled by our watchmaker.

The dial construction is both intricate and distinguished. The restrained two-line brand signature conveys a sense of dignity, predating the era when the anchor emblem was added to the logo. Details such as the raised chapter ring, 35mm Calatrava case, and finely crafted small seconds reveal this as a timepiece conceived and produced as a high-grade watch from the outset.
