サントスはブレスレットとベゼルがビスで彩られた、カルティエの個性を象徴するデザインです。指輪ではビスを用いた「LOVE コレクション」が1970年代から製造されています。8角形のベゼルが華やかなサントスオクタゴンは、すでに製造が終了しており、ビンテージならではの意匠です。ダイヤルは淡いアイボリー、マットな質感がクラシックな風合いです。ミニッツトラック、ローマインデックス、サークルラインのコンビネーションが美しいです。ブルースチールのバトン針と、カボジョンリューズの石の色が合っていて、良いポイントカラーとなります。

ケースとブレスレットは傷の少ない、グッドコンディションです。平面カットがキラキラと輝きます。ダイヤルはミントコンディションで気になるような劣化、エイジングがありません。ブルースチールの針は濃い青色が現存しています。弊社にて分解掃除済みです。

1900年代、飛行士サントス・デュモンが飛行中に時刻を確認できるようカルティエにオーダーしたのが「サントス」の始まり。そのサントスのなかでも八角形型モデル「サントスオクタゴン」は、平面上にカットが入ったブレスが、腕を動かす度にキラキラと煌めきます。シンプルながらもエレガントな印象を与えるモデルです。

The Santos features a design that symbolizes Cartier's personality, with screws adorning both the bracelet and bezel. Since the 1970s, the "LOVE Collection" has utilized screws in its rings. The Santos Octagon, with its octagonal bezel, is a discontinued model, making it a true vintage piece. The dial is a soft ivory with a matte texture, exuding a classic feel. The combination of the minute track, Roman indexes, and circle lines is beautifully executed. The blue-steel baton hands, paired with the cabochon crown, provide a striking point of color.

The case and bracelet are in good condition with minimal scratches. The flat cuts shine brilliantly. The dial is in mint condition, showing no noticeable aging or deterioration. The blue-steel hands still retain their deep blue color. The watch has been disassembled and cleaned by our company.

The LM-sized Santos Octagon has become increasingly difficult to obtain in recent years, making this a rare opportunity. The flat-cut bracelet sparkles in the sunlight, resembling a high-quality bangle. The quartz movement with a date function offers practicality, making it a great choice for daily wear.
