ジャンボケースのオイスター Ref.6424。この年式は最初期です。非常に珍しいダイヤルを搭載しています。ブラウンとグレーの中間色のダイヤルに、すべてデボス仕上げのインデックスが施され、そして王冠ロゴが通常よりも長いデザインが特徴です。ミニッツマーカーが省略され、さらに奇妙さを際立たせています。アルファハンドが組み合わさり、独特の魅力を放っています。ジャンボオイスターとしてケースは36mm、ラグ幅は20mmで、ラグには横穴はありません。

ケースには使用感が少なく、非常に清潔感のある状態です。希少なダイヤルは経年変化がほとんど見られず、本来の色味をしっかりと保っています。針には若干のくすみが見られますが、依然として輝きを放っています。インデックスは全体的に傷やくすみが少なく、ロゴは完璧な状態を維持しています。弊社にて分解掃除済みです。

COMMENT

A jumbo-cased Oyster Ref. 6424 from the earliest production years. This piece features an exceptionally rare dial. The dial exhibits a unique hue, somewhere between brown and gray, with fully debossed indexes and an elongated coronet logo, which is longer than usual. The absence of minute markers further accentuates its unusual character. Paired with alpha hands, it exudes a distinct charm. As a jumbo Oyster, the case measures 36mm with a 20mm lug width, and the lugs do not have the typical through-holes.

The case shows minimal signs of use, maintaining an exceptionally clean appearance. The rare dial has seen little aging, retaining its original coloration. The hands have developed slight patina but still retain their brilliance. The indexes remain well-preserved with minimal wear or tarnish, and the Rolex logo is in perfect condition. The movement has been disassembled and cleaned by our workshop.

The finely executed debossed indexes and the distinctive dial color are hallmarks of the 1950s. Finding an original, one-of-a-kind piece like this is truly rare, showcasing the breadth of Rolex's dial manufacturing.
