BREITLING One Push Chronograph D.N.D

COMMENT

1967年から1978年にかけて、カナダ空軍がパイロットのためにブライトリングに別注をかけたワンプッシュクロノグラフです。1stモデルから5thモデルの展開で、各々1000個ずつで総生産は計5000個と言われています。モデルによる違いは主に裏蓋の裏側や、ムーブメントのブリッジの刻印が変わります。こちらは70年後期に造られた5thモデルで、NATOコードは「6645/21/802/1267」になります。ダイアルはとてもシンプルなデザインで、メーカーロゴすら配しません。リューズの刻印を見て初めてブライトリングだと認識します。ワンプッシュですが、ハック機能を搭載しているため、2プッシュと同じ使い方が可能です。

ケースは過去に研磨暦の見られない素晴らしいプロポーションで、保管に伴う小傷のみです。ダイアルは目立った汚れやエイジングが少なく、清潔なコンディションを保っています。プリントや質感が綺麗に残っており、入水の形跡はゼロと言って良いでしょう。ルミナスの色味が均一で、ヴィンテージウォッチとしてのエイジング評価も最高なものとなっています。当店にてオーバーホール済みで、48時間以上のパワーリザーブを確認しています。

軍事目的のみを目的としたモデルであり、民生品は作られませんでした。そのような背景から状態の良いものが出てくるのは極めて稀です。これほど珍しい機種を完全かつ実用的にお使いいただける、とても嬉しい機会です。

Between 1967 and 1978, the Canadian Air Force commissioned Breitling to produce a single-pusher chronograph for pilots. It was released in five models, from the 1st to the 5th, with each having 1000 pieces produced, totaling 5000 units. Differences between models mainly lie in the engravings on the case back and the movement bridges. This particular piece is a 5th model from the late 1970s, with the NATO code "6645/21/802/1267". The dial features a very simple design, without even the manufacturer's logo. One recognizes it as a Breitling only upon seeing the engraving on the crown. Despite being a single-pusher, it features a hacking function, allowing for the same usage as a two-pusher chronograph.

The case maintains its excellent proportions without any visible signs of past polishing, with only minor scratches from storage. The dial shows minimal dirt or aging, maintaining a clean condition. Prints and textures are well preserved, and there are virtually no signs of water damage. The luminous material has uniform coloring, and its aging assessment as a vintage watch is excellent. It has been overhauled by our store, with a confirmed power reserve of over 48 hours.

As it was intended solely for military purposes, civilian versions were not produced. It's extremely rare to find pieces in such good condition due to this background. It's a very exciting opportunity to own such a rare model that is both complete and practical.

BRAND

In 1884, in Saint-Imier, Switzerland, the workshop for complex watchmaking was established, marking the roots of Breitling. Founder Léon Breitling was highly skilled in chronograph manufacturing, winning numerous awards at exhibitions and making a name for himself. He foresaw the development of the aviation industry from the early days of engine aircraft and demonstrated his determination to support the aviation industry as a manufacturer of watches and instruments for aircraft. Gaston Breitling, the second generation inheritor, made significant contributions to the aviation industry, developing the world's first wristwatch chronograph. Breitling, known as the "Specialist in Chronographs," has established a firm position and continues to evolve as a prestigious brand beloved worldwide.
