1960年代に販売されたヴァシュロン・コンスタンタン、レクタングルウォッチです。ホワイトゴールドのケースは厚さ5.5mmと薄型です。ダイヤルはシルバーのサンレイ仕上げ。インデックスの配置がユニークで、12時と6時位置が縦方向のロングバーインデックス。その他は横方向のショートインデックスで、ダイヤル外周に配し、レクタングルの余白を魅せた、ビザールなフェイスデザインです。サイズとしてはレディースサイズかと思われますが、仕入れ時にヴァシュロン純正のメンズサイズのベルトが付いていたので、弊社でもメンズサイズのベルトをつけています。現在のトレンドとしては、男女どちらでも楽しめるサイズ感かと思います。

搭載ムーブメントはルクルト社製ムーブメントをチューンナップした手巻きの薄型Cal.K1050です。時代的に17石仕様の品が多い中、20石仕様、5ポジション（五姿勢及び温度補正）の機械であり、名実ともに最高のドレスウォッチです。

ケースはケースバックに若干の保管傷が見られるものの、ホールマークやエッジは当時のままを保っています。ダイヤルはルーペで確認すると、写真の通り粒状の経年変化がわずかに見られますが、焼けによる色づきは見られません。弊社にて分解掃除は済ませていますので、実使用にもコレクションにも最適です。

クラシカルでマスキュリンな印象を受けるドレスウォッチ。ユニークなダイヤルですが、名門が作ると奥深さを感じます。トレンドのレクタングルケースですので、現在のモードにもぴったりです。

COMMENT

This Vacheron Constantin rectangular watch from the 1960s features a white gold case with a slim profile of 5.5mm. The dial has a silver sunray finish with a unique arrangement of indices: long vertical bar indices at the 12 and 6 o'clock positions, and short horizontal indices along the outer perimeter, showcasing the rectangle's empty space in a striking design. Although the size suggests it is a ladies' watch, it came with a Vacheron Constantin genuine men's size strap when acquired, and we have kept it that way. Given current trends, the size can be enjoyed by both men and women.

The movement is the hand-wound, ultra-thin Cal. K1050, tuned by Jaeger-LeCoultre. Unlike many 17-jewel movements from the same era, it features a 20-jewel configuration and is adjusted to five positions (five postures and temperature adjustments), making it a top-tier dress watch in both name and performance.

The case shows minor storage marks on the case back, but the hallmarks and edges remain intact as they were originally. The dial, when examined under a loupe, shows minimal granular aging, as seen in the photos, but no discoloration from patina. Our company has performed a full disassembly and cleaning, making it ideal for both practical use and collection.

This dress watch conveys a classic and masculine impression. Despite its unique dial, the craftsmanship of this prestigious brand imbues it with depth. The trendy rectangular case makes it perfectly suited to contemporary fashion.
