スクリューバック、Cラインケースのインターが入荷しました。ダイアルカラーはブルーのサンレイ、光で色の濃淡を変えるエレガントなものです。外周に位置するシルバーのパールドロップは夜空に広がる星々を並べたかのようです。インデックスと針はセンターにブラックを塗布することで、より引きしまった顔立ちに仕上げています。カレンダーの背景はライトグレー。雰囲気を壊さないどこまでもコンセプチュアルなフェイスです。搭載キャリバー8541Bはインターオリジナル＜ペラトン方式＞の自動巻を備えた機械。爪により両回転での自動巻を実現し、その性能の高さから、現代でも使用されている機構です。IWCが当時自社で開発した最終キャリバーで、完成された美しさがあります。“B”はハック機能付きという意味を表しています。

ケースは研磨歴の見られないもので、Cラインのエッジがよく効きパリッとしています。厳正に判断しますと、最低限度の小傷が見られますが、これから使用していく分には丁度良いコンディションかと思います。厳正に判断しますと、カラーダイアルはこの年式特有の剥がれが見られます。その他、気になるようなダメージがなく色味を保持しています。針やインデックス、アプライドのIWCロゴはミントです。上面の鏡面仕上げを完璧に残し、キラキラと時計に瑞々しい印象を与えています。当店にてオーバーホール済みで、パワーリザーブ47時間を確認しています。

50年以上前のものとは思えないこの時計特有の雰囲気は、当時のデザイン力の高さが伺えます。ダイアルカラーと同色のクロコダイルベルトを装着しています。落ち着いた印象ながら、しっかりと個性を発揮できるような時計です。

IWCのCal.85系自動巻きムーブメントは、独自機構のペラトン式を採用しています。巻き上げの際には、ビーズを転がすような音色を鳴らします。その音量は他社製品と比べて、明らかに大きいことが特徴となっています。

We've received a new arrival: an Ingenieur with a screw-back and a C-line case. The dial color is a captivating blue sunray, elegantly shifting shades under different lighting conditions. Silver pearl drops encircling the dial resemble stars scattered across the night sky. Indices and hands painted in black at the center enhance its refined appearance. The calendar background in light grey maintains a conceptual face that exudes elegance. It's powered by the caliber 8541B, an original Inter mechanism featuring the "Pellaton system," known for its bidirectional automatic winding via claws. This mechanism, renowned for its performance, remains in use even today. The "B" denotes its hack function.

The case shows minimal signs of polishing, with the C-line edges sharp and crisp. Upon close examination, there are minor scratches, but overall, it's in good condition, suitable for regular wear. The color dial exhibits characteristic peeling for its vintage, yet it retains its original hues without significant damage. The hands, indices, and applied IWC logo remain pristine. The top mirror finish is impeccably preserved, giving the watch a fresh, sparkling impression. It has undergone an overhaul at our store, with a confirmed power reserve of 47 hours.

Despite being over 50 years old, this watch's unique atmosphere speaks volumes about the design prowess of that era. It comes with a crocodile leather strap matching the dial color, offering a composed yet distinctive look.
