セイコーダイバーの上位機種"PROFESSIONAL 300m Diver"です。幻ともいわれる62ダイバーの後継機で、グランドセイコーにも搭載された10振動のハイビートキャリバー6159Aを搭載したモデル。ケースは堅牢なワンピース構造で、大ぶりなカッティングがたくましいフォルムです。ベゼルは両回転式で、キチキチと小気味良い音を鳴らします。ダイアルはブラックマット。外周部のミニッツは一段上がった構造で、高級感があります。インデックスと針はルミナスを縁取ったもので、62ダイバーと同じく無二の存在感です。縁には細かなヘアライン仕上げを施しています。大変希少な、当時のウレタンベルトを装備しています。

ケースは勲章ともいうべき細かな使用傷が見られながら、オリジナルの素晴らしいプロポーションを保っています。ケースサイドやラグのエッジが立っています。ベゼルは細かな傷が確認できます。黒々とした色味はそのままで、約50年前の製品だとはとても思えません。ダイアルはミントコンディションです。ブラックカラーのテクスチャはそのままに、レターにプリントに劣化は見当たりません。針やインデックスは良好な状態を保っています。夜光塗料は色味をよく残し、保存環境の良さが見てとれます。弊社にて分解掃除済みですので、安心してご使用いただけます。

The Seiko Professional 300m Diver is an upper-tier diver’s watch, succeeding the legendary 62MAS and featuring the high-beat Caliber 6159A, also found in Grand Seiko models, with a remarkable 10 beats per second. The case boasts a robust, one-piece construction with bold, muscular contours. The bidirectional bezel clicks with precision, adding to its utilitarian appeal. The dial is a matte black, and the raised minute track around the outer edge enhances its luxurious feel. The luminescent indices and hands, outlined in steel, provide an unmistakable presence, reminiscent of the 62MAS. The detailed hairline finish around the edges of the indices adds to the overall sophistication. This watch is also equipped with the highly sought-after original urethane strap from that era, a rare find in itself.

The case displays fine wear marks that speak to its history, yet retains its superb original proportions. The edges of the case sides and lugs are sharp and defined. While the bezel shows minor scuffs, its deep black color remains intact, making it hard to believe this piece is nearly 50 years old. The dial is in mint condition, with no signs of degradation in the black texture or printed letters. Both the hands and indices are in excellent condition, with the luminescence well-preserved, indicating exceptional care and storage over the years.
