国産時計の最高峰、グランドセイコーの1stモデルRef.J14070です。1960年から1963年にかけて生産されました。ケースは金張り、丸みのあるラウンドケースに程よく太いラグを装備しています。ダイヤルはクリーミーなホワイト。ゴールドケースとのコンビネーションにより、しっとりとした高級感の感じられるフェイスです。インデックスは多面カットのバー、針は上面がフラットのドルフィンを組み合わせています。6時上の星のマークが入るものは、SD文字盤と呼ばれるもので、インデックスに金無垢素材を採用していたと言われています。搭載ムーブメントであるCal.3180はセイコー初のハック機能を搭載した機械です。

ケースは最低限の小傷のみで素晴らしいプロポーションです。ベゼルやラグのファセットは当時のままを残しています。ケースバックの獅子メダリオンは擦れなくはっきりと残っています。ダイヤルは大変良いコンディションです。状態の良いGSの1stは多くありません。針やインデックスは良い状態です。キラキラと輝き、瑞々しい印象です。弊社にて分解掃除済みですので、ご購入後すぐ、お使いいただけます。

This is the 1st model Ref.J14070 of the pinnacle of Japanese watchmaking, Grand Seiko. It was produced from 1960 to 1963. The case is gold plated, equipped with a rounded case with moderately thick lugs. The dial is creamy white. With the combination of the gold case, it exudes a moist, luxurious feeling. The indices are multi-faceted bars, and the hands are a combination of flat-top dauphine shapes. Those with a star mark above 6 o'clock are known as SD dials, rumored to have solid gold material in the indices. The Cal.3180 movement it houses is Seiko's first with a hacking function.

The case is in excellent proportion with minimal scratches. The facets of the bezel and lugs remain as they were originally. The lion medallion on the case back is clear without much wear. The dial is in very good condition. Well-preserved first editions of GS are rare. The hands and indices are in good condition, sparkling and fresh. It has been disassembled and cleaned by us, so you can use it immediately after purchase.

This is the first model that represents the origin of Grand Seiko. It is the crystallization of SEIKO's dream, which challenged the Swiss watch industry alone. It is an iconic model with a hidden history, still cherished and spoken of to this day.
