30ミリキャリバーのジャンボケース。この年式で38mm径というだけで、特別な品であることがわかります。真円のシリンダー型にエッジのついたストレートラグがクラシックなスタイルです。この世代らしいカッパーダイヤルを搭載しています。アラビア数字はミニッツトラックの内側に隣接して放射状に配置されていますが、12、3、6、9は大きくミニッツトラックに干渉します。外周には太くサークルラインが入り、ブルースチール分針が真上をランニングします。秒針にはどろっふテールがつき趣を感じさせます。

ケースは大変貴重なオリジナルプロポーションを保持しています。ラグやベゼルのエッジが効いています。カッパーダイヤルは若干の経年変化が見られますが、レターやラインはしっかりと残り盤面は色味がよく、圧巻の迫力となっています。弊社にて分解掃除は済ませております。この希少な一本を当時のままにお使いいただけます。

アラビア数字のフォントにこだわりが見られます。バウハウスデザインを彷彿とさせながら、アレンジが加えられています。バウハウスの数字といえば、縦に細長いのが定石ですが、3.6は背が低くて太く、バウハウスフォントの特徴である角の丸み、細いラインのみを踏襲しています。

COMMENT

A 30mm caliber Jumbo case. Just the 38mm diameter for this vintage already signifies its exceptional nature. The classic style features a true circular cylindrical shape with edged straight lugs. It's equipped with a copper dial typical of this generation. Arabic numerals are radially arranged adjacent to the minute track, but 12, 3, 6, and 9 protrude significantly into the minute track. Thick circular lines adorn the outer perimeter, while blue steel hands run directly above. The seconds hand with its tail adds a charming touch.

The case retains its highly valuable original proportions, with sharp edges on the lugs and bezel. The copper dial shows some signs of aging, adding to its impressive presence. It has been disassembled and cleaned by our company. You can enjoy this rare piece just as it was back then.

Attention to detail can be seen in the font of the Arabic numerals. While reminiscent of Bauhaus design, some adjustments have been made. When it comes to Bauhaus numerals, tall and narrow is the norm, but here, 3 and 6 are short and thick, adhering only to the rounded corners and thin lines characteristic of Bauhaus fonts.
