Among the well-known vintage Datejusts, this Ref.1601 stands out as a rare example, featuring a case entirely crafted from solid 18k yellow gold. The gold case of the Ref.1601, with its raised lugs similar to the Day-Date and absence of holes on the lugs, exudes a refined dress style. It boasts a black mirror gilt dial by BEYELER, highly sought after for its subtle letters and minute markers. Manufactured in 1965, it sports charming Alpha hands, and "T SWISS T" inscription at 6 o'clock.

The glossy dial exhibits a matte texture near the dial edge due to aging, while the central part retains its glossy sheen perfectly. The indexes and applied crown logo remain pristine with their mirror finish intact. The luminous dots show signs of aging without any loss. The case condition is excellent, maintaining proper proportions and the authentic Datejust size. It has been disassembled and cleaned by our team, confirming a power reserve of over 48 hours.
