セイコーのワンプッシュクロノ、1964年に開催された東京オリンピック記念モデルでセイコー初の腕時計型クロノグラフになります。回転ベゼルを分針の位置に合わせてスタートすることで、60分の計測が可能です。1つのプッシュボタンを操作することで、計測のスタート、ストップ、リセットを繰り返します。裏蓋には1964年開催、東京オリンピックの聖火マークが刻まれています。

ダイアルはシルバーのサンレイ。外周部からミニッツライン、インデックス、ルミナスが並びます。ミニッツの5分おきに配したアラビアは放射状に設置されており、ベゼルのアラビアと連動しデザインが良いです。インデックスは上面に山形のエッジを付けることでより光を反射します。針は夜行塗料付きのドルフィンを装備しています。希少な純正ブレスを装備しています。

ケースは元のエッジをよく残した良好なコンディションです。ベゼルはスーパーミントで、ここまで状態が良いものはなかなか見つかりません。文字盤は気になるようなダメージが見られず、美しい質感を元のままに残しています。インデックスや針は上面にくすみが見られず、キラキラと輝きます。当店にて分解掃除済みです。

日本が世界に誇る時計ブランド＜SEIKO(セイコー)＞。1960年代は、機械式腕時計は完成期とも言えるほどの発展を遂げた時期で、セイコーは精度コンクールの分野でも量産の分野でも、世界に追いつき、追いぬいた時代でした。同時に、「時計の電子化」が進展し、1969年12月にセイコーが世界初のクオーツ腕時計を発売することにより、機械式腕時計からクオーツ腕時計へと大きく舵を切ろうとする時期でもありました。

COMMENT

The Seiko one-push chronograph is a commemorative model for the 1964 Tokyo Olympics and Seiko's first wristwatch chronograph. By aligning the rotating bezel with the minute hand position, it allows for 60-minute timing. A single push button operates the start, stop, and reset functions for timing. The case back is engraved with the Olympic torch mark from the 1964 Tokyo Olympics.

The dial is silver with a sunray finish. The outer edge features minute lines, indices, and luminous markers. Arabic numerals are placed every five minutes in a radial arrangement, coordinating well with the Arabic numerals on the bezel. The indices have a triangular edge on top to better reflect light. The hands are equipped with luminous paint and have a dauphine shape. It comes with a rare original bracelet.

The case is in excellent condition, retaining its original edges. The bezel is in super mint condition, making it difficult to find one in such good shape. The dial has no noticeable damage and maintains its beautiful texture. The indices and hands show no signs of tarnish and shine brilliantly. It has been disassembled and cleaned by our store.
