This is a 1950s Seamaster. It features a wide bezel and thick lugs, giving it a strong presence despite its simple design. The applied indices, dolphin hands, and cross-lined dial create a taut impression and excellent legibility. Made during the heyday of mechanical watches, this model boasts a timeless design that can be worn for years to come. The balance of thickness and size is exquisite, fitting well on Japanese wrists.

The case shows only light scratches with hardly any major damage. All surfaces are mirror-polished, with the scratches giving a slight haziness to the reflections, lending the watch a pleasant patina. The dial has minimal discolouration and is in splendid condition. The hands and indices show no tarnishing, strongly reflecting light and emitting a beautiful lustre.
