アイボリーのローマンダイヤルは、マストタンクを象徴する最もスタンダードで人気の高いデザインです。クラシックなアイボリーの色調に、ブルースチール針とブルーサファイア付きリューズが華やぎを添えています。中でもLMサイズのアイボリーダイヤルは流通が減少しており、希少性が高まりつつあります。

ケースのコンディションはガラスも含めて傷が少なく綺麗です。ベルトはクロコダイル製でタンク専用オリジナルのサイズのままに製作しております。カルティエ純正のバックルが装備されておりますので、そのオリジナル性をお楽しみ頂けます。文字盤はシミなどなく綺麗で、当モデルに良く見られるクラック見られますが、アンティーク品として良いコンディションのダイヤルです。

現在では、ジュエラーとして名高いカルティエですが、まだ懐中時計が主流だった1904年に本格的な腕時計を製作したのはカルティエが最初でした。「タンク」という名前は、“戦車”を意味し、第一次世界大戦中の終結に貢献したといわれる、ルノー製の戦車がデザインの基となっています。その中でもマストシリーズは文字盤のバリエーションが豊富にあります。

COMMENT

The ivory Roman dial is the most classic and iconic variation within the Must de Tank series. Its timeless ivory tone is beautifully accented by blued steel hands and a sapphire cabochon crown, lending a refined elegance to the watch. LM-sized examples with this dial have become increasingly scarce in recent years.

The case, including the crystal, remains clean with very few scratches. The strap is crafted from crocodile leather, faithfully made to the original Tank specifications, and is fitted with a genuine Cartier buckle—enhancing the watch’s authenticity and charm. The dial is free of stains and well-preserved; while it displays the typical cracks often seen on this model, it remains in very good condition for a vintage timepiece.
