アイボリーのローマンダイアルは、マストタンクの中で最もスタンダードかつ、ポピュラーなアイテムです。クラシックなアイボリーの色合いに華を添えるのは、ブルースチールの針とブルーサファイアのリューズです。LMサイズのアイボリーダイアルは入荷が少なくなってきております。

ケースのコンディションはガラスも含めて傷が少なく綺麗です。ベルトはクロコダイル製でタンク専用オリジナルのサイズのままに製作しております。カルティエ純正のバックルが装備されておりますので、そのオリジナル性をお楽しみ頂けます。文字盤はシミなどなく綺麗で、クラックは少々大きく入っておりますが、アンティーク品として良いコンディションのダイヤルです。

現在では、ジュエラーとして名高いカルティエですが、まだ懐中時計が主流だった1904年に本格的な腕時計を製作したのはカルティエが最初でした。「タンク」という名前は、“戦車”を意味し、第一次世界大戦中の終結に貢献したといわれる、ルノー製の戦車がデザインの基となっています。その中でもマストシリーズは文字盤のバリエーションが豊富にあります。

COMMENT

The ivory Roman dial is the most classic and widely recognised design within the Must de Tank collection. Its timeless ivory tone is elegantly complemented by blued steel hands and a blue sapphire cabochon crown. LM-size examples with the ivory dial have become increasingly scarce on the market in recent years.

The case, including the crystal, is remarkably clean with only minimal signs of wear. The strap is crafted in crocodile leather, produced to the original Tank specifications, and is fitted with a genuine Cartier buckle, preserving the watch’s authenticity. The dial remains free from staining and retains an attractive appearance. While the fine cracks often seen in this model are present, the overall condition is very good for a vintage piece.
