ケースはやや大きめの36mm径で、スクリューバックを備えた3針手巻きモデルです。ケースメーカーはル・ロックルのGabus Frères社によるもので、ぽってりとアールを描くラグのラインと、個性のある意匠のスクリューバックが目を引きます。ダイヤルは電着塗装によるパールホワイトで、光の当たり方によってわずかに表情を変える上品な質感。象嵌ロゴの立体感が効いており、砲弾型インデックスとペンシルハンドが知的な印象を整えています。外周のパールドロップ・ミニッツは、秒針と分針がちょうど重なる長さで設計され、視認性と意匠性のバランスが見事です。ムーブメントは手巻きCal.P454/5Bを搭載し、間接中央秒針とスワンネックレギュレーターを備えています。素晴らしい仕上げで、ジュネーブシール規格らしい品位が感じられます。

ケースは優れたプロポーションを保っており、保管に伴うごく軽微な擦れこそ見られますが、打痕などの目立つ傷はなく、全体として良好なコンディションです。素材の上質さと、丁寧に扱われてきたことが随所から伝わります。ルーペで厳密に確認すると、ダイヤルは極めてクリーンな状態を維持しており、針とインデックスも輝きを保った瑞々しいコンディションです。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

18世紀中頃創業のヴァシュロン・コンスタンタン。日本では誤訳により長い間バセロン・コンスタンチンの呼称で愛されていました。キャビノチェの精神に受け継ぐ世界最古の高級時計ブランドです。キャビノチェは、照明装置の乏しかった当時、技術の高い職人は明かりを求めて屋根裏部屋（キャビネット）に工房を設けており、人々は彼らに敬意を表してキャビノチェと呼んでいたことが語源です。マルタ十字のクロスをブランドロゴに掲げ、高く洗練された優れた技術力によって生み出された名品はコレクターも多く、世界中から高い評価を得ています。 

COMMENT

The case measures a slightly larger 36 mm in diameter and houses a three-hand manual-winding movement with a screw-back construction. The case was manufactured by Gabus Frères of Le Locle, and is distinguished by its softly contoured, rounded lugs and a screw-back with a distinctive, characterful design. The dial features a pearl-white galvanic finish, offering a refined surface that subtly changes expression depending on the light. The applied logo adds depth, while the bullet-shaped indexes and pencil hands create a composed, intellectual impression. The outer pearl-drop minute track is precisely proportioned so that the seconds and minute hands align perfectly, achieving an excellent balance between legibility and design. The movement is the manual-winding Cal. P454/5B, equipped with indirect central seconds and a swan-neck regulator. Its finishing is superb, conveying the refinement expected of a movement built to Geneva Seal standards.

The case retains excellent proportions and shows only the faintest signs of storage wear, with no noticeable dents or significant marks, resulting in an overall condition that remains very attractive. The quality of the materials and the care with which the watch has been treated are evident throughout. Under close inspection with a loupe, the dial remains exceptionally clean, while the hands and indexes preserve their original luster in fresh, well-kept condition. Fully serviced by our watchmaker.
