シャープなラグと程よい厚みを備えたケースに、ブラックミラー仕上げのダイヤル。艶やかな漆黒の盤面に、ギルトのオメガロゴとレター、立体的なバーインデックスが浮かび上がり、光の角度によって奥行きある表情を見せます。ペンシルハンドと細身の秒針は端正に収まり、全体を引き締める構成。針中央とインデックスの端に夜光が施されており、視認性を高めます。搭載するCal.285は、堅実な手巻き機として評価の高いムーブメントです。

ダイヤルは色味の変化がほとんど見られず、ブラックミラー特有の深い艶を保っています。クラックや目立つ荒れは確認できず、均一な光沢が印象的です。ケースはエッジが明瞭に立ち、ラグのファセットが崩れていません。裏蓋のシーホース刻印は鮮明に残り、リューズの意匠がはっきりと確認できます。全体として輪郭のシャープさを維持した良好な個体です。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

1960年代前半のブラックミラーダイヤルは経年により色味や質感が変化しやすい傾向がありますが、本機は当時の艶をそのまま宿した稀有なコンディションを示します。鋭く立つケースラインと変色のないミラー文字盤が揃うことで、造形と質感の両面において完成度の高さが際立ちます。同リファレンスの中でも、オリジナルの魅力を端的に体現する一本といえるでしょう。

Presenting a 1958 Constellation model featuring the rare black gilt dial. The indexes and hands are gold-plated, with applied Omega logo and Constellation star. The contrast between the gilt lettering and the rest of the dial creates an intriguing design.

The dial showcases powerful aging around the central area, while the outer perimeter retains a lustrous appearance, creating a striking contrast. The aging on each letter reveals the essence of gilt dials, with the gold color prominently preserved. The gold-plated indexes and hands have a reddish tint, enhancing the overall atmosphere. The luminous material in the center has a rich beige color, creating a fantastic match with the face. The case exhibits excellent proportions, with well-defined edges on the lugs and bezel. Due to the excellent automatic winding efficiency of Omega's machines from this era, manual winding is rarely necessary. The original Constellation crown prioritizes design, and while manual winding may seem challenging, it adheres to the original specifications and poses no issue.
