1970年頃に販売されたオーデマ・ピゲの一品。Ref.5369は、樽型のトノーケースを採用しています。ケース素材はステンレススチールで、オーデマ・ピゲにおいて金無垢ケースが多い中では珍しい仕様です。ダイヤルはシルバーで、リネン仕上げが落ち着いた雰囲気を醸し出しています。細身のバーインデックスとペンシルハンドが、クラシカルな印象を一層引き立てます。搭載ムーブメントはK2002/1Aで、五姿勢および温度補正が施された当時の手巻き機構における最高峰です。
