ノンデイト仕様ならではの端正な表情を備えた、オメガ・コンステレーション Ref.14381です。ホワイトダイヤルに立体的なバーインデックスとドーフィンハンドを配し、6時位置にはモデルを象徴する「Constellation」の筆記体ロゴとスターモチーフを配置。細身のベゼルと張り出したラグが、シンプルなフェイスを引き締めています。

ムーブメントは、自動巻きCal.551を搭載。オメガの550系を代表するノンデイトのクロノメーターキャリバーで、シンプルな機構と優れた自動巻き効率を備えています。オリジナルの10角リューズは外観との調和を重視した形状のため、手巻き操作にはやや力を要しますが、本来の仕様によるものです。通常使用では自動巻きによって十分に巻き上げられます。

ケースにはわずかな使用傷が見られるものの、目立つ打痕はなく、ラグの輪郭や全体のシルエットを良好に保っています。裏蓋傷は最小限で、天文台メダリオンも明瞭です。ダイヤルには経年による細かな黒点が見られますが、全体の印象を大きく損なうものではありません。針とインデックスは目立つくすみがなく、輝きのある状態を維持しています。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

COMMENT

The Omega Constellation Ref. 14381 presents a clean, balanced appearance characteristic of its no-date configuration. The white dial is fitted with dimensional baton indexes and dauphine hands, while the signature script “Constellation” and star emblem appear at 6 o’clock. A slender bezel and prominently extended lugs give definition to the otherwise restrained design.

Inside is the automatic Cal. 551, one of the principal no-date chronometer movements from Omega’s 550-series. It combines a straightforward construction with efficient automatic winding. The original decagonal crown was shaped with visual harmony in mind and requires slightly more effort when winding by hand; this is an inherent characteristic of its design. Under normal wear, the automatic mechanism provides sufficient winding.

The case shows only light scratches from use, with no prominent impact marks, and retains the defined contours of its lugs and overall silhouette. Marks on the caseback are minimal, and the observatory medallion remains clearly defined. The dial displays small dark spots from age, though these do not significantly detract from its overall appearance. The hands and indexes show no noticeable tarnishing and retain an attractive sheen. The balanced white, no-date dial is complemented by substantial lugs and dimensional indexes, creating an appearance characteristic of early Constellation models. Although powered by the precision-focused chronometer Cal. 551, the exterior remains composed and understated, making the watch easy to incorporate into everyday wear. BRAND
