トレタケケースにステップベゼルが美しいゼニス。「トレタケ」とは、三つヅメが特徴的な裏蓋を持ったケースの通称。武骨な厚みで、重厚感を感じるラウンドモデルです。ダイヤルはアラビアセクター。外周とミニッツの間には、ハチマキを配し光で強く反射を見せます。夜光無しのモデルで、ブルースチール針がポイントカラーとなっています。当時のスポーツモデルの中でも、人気のポイントを抑えたデザインです。付属のブレスレットは1940年代当時ものの社外品です。ミッドサイズ、セクターダイヤルのこの時計に雰囲気よく合わさっています。

ケースはぽってりとしたプロポーションをよく残しています。ステップベゼルのエッジ、ラグからケースサイドにかけて斜めに入った面が、当時のままに残っています。ダイヤルは程度良く残っています。キリッとしたダイヤルは、やけが少なく端正な表情です。弊社にて分解掃除済みで、パワーリザーブ42時間、日差+5秒ほどを確認しています。

Zenith presents a robust and distinctive model with a "Tresor à Côtes" case, characterized by the three-pronged features on the distinctive case back. The case exudes a sturdy thickness, providing a sense of weightiness to this round model. The dial features Arabic numerals, and between the outer ring and minute markers, a "hachimaki" or headband is positioned, exhibiting strong reflections in the light. This non-luminous model incorporates blue steel hands as a key design element. Among sports models of its time, it captures attention with a well-balanced design. The accompanying bracelet is a vintage aftermarket piece from the 1940s, complementing the mid-sized watch and sector dial beautifully.

The case maintains a pleasingly rounded proportion, preserving the edges of the step bezel and the slanting facets from the lugs to the case side, just as they were in the past. The dial is in good condition, featuring a crisp appearance with minimal signs of aging. The watch has been disassembled and cleaned by our workshop, confirming a power reserve of 42 hours and an accuracy of approximately +5 seconds per day.
