機械式時計最盛期、Ref.1601デイトジャストです。Ref.1601はCal.1560が開発された1960年代から20年近くに渡って製造されたモデルで、年式によって細かいディテールが異なります。初期型である1961年製のこちらは、Ref.6605を継承し、刻みの細かいフルーテッドベゼル、アルファハンドを装備しています。ルミナスのないフェイスは外周に段がついた立体造形と、わずかなレタープリントだけで完成されたコストをかけた意匠です。ヴィンテージロレックスらしいクラシックなディテール。同年式のビッグクラウンバックルを備えた、巻きジュビリーブレスが装着されています。

The Ref.1601 was manufactured for nearly 20 years, starting from the 1960s when the Cal.1560 was developed, and it features subtle variations in details depending on the production year. This particular piece from 1961, being an early model, inherits elements from the Ref.6605, including the finely fluted bezel and Alpha hands. The non-luminous face is characterized by stepped three-dimensional construction on the outer periphery and minimal letter prints, showcasing a design that reflects careful craftsmanship at a cost. Classic details typical of vintage Rolex. It comes with the big crown buckle from the same production year and is equipped with a Jubilee bracelet.
