洗練された印象を受ける樽型Cラインのケースは、ジェラルド・ジェンタがデザインを手がけ、1970年前後によく見られました。後期型のガラス型風防に比べ、前期型のドーム型風防で、ヴィンテージテイストが堪能できます。 細かく施されたホワイトゴールドのフルーテッドベゼルはラグジュアリー感が強く、オメガのハイエンドモデルらしい佇まいです。ダイヤルは細かな装飾が施されたリネンと呼ばれる手の込んだテクスチャー。ほどよい輝きが上品な印象を与え、ホワイトゴールドに程よくマッチします。バーインデックスのセンター位置と、ペンシルハンドは中央にブラックの塗装が、先端側には夜光の塗装が施されている読時性に優れたデザインです。

ケースは良好なプロポーションを維持しており、側面から上面への切り替わりが、まるで光を捉えるかのように整えられています。ダイヤルは若干のエイジングを感じさせますが、絹のような繊細な美しさが見事に残っています。また、針とインデックスも美しく光を反射し、12時位置のロゴや6時位置の星マークもきらめきを放っています。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

The sleek, refined tonneau-shaped C-line case, designed by the renowned Gérald Genta, was a familiar sight in the early 1970s. Unlike the later models with a flat glass crystal, this earlier version features a domed crystal that enhances its vintage appeal. The intricately crafted white gold fluted bezel adds a strong sense of luxury, showcasing the distinctive elegance of Omega’s high-end models. The dial is adorned with an elaborate “Linen” texture, offering a subtle sheen that complements the white gold superbly. The centre of the bar indices and the pencil hands are accented with a black finish, while the tips are treated with luminous material, resulting in a design that combines excellent legibility with refined aesthetics.

The case maintains excellent proportions, with the transition from the sides to the top expertly crafted to capture light beautifully. While the dial shows slight signs of aging, its silky, delicate beauty remains impressive. The hands and indices reflect light attractively, and the Omega logo at 12 o’clock, as well as the star emblem at 6 o’clock, still shimmer wonderfully. This piece has been fully disassembled and serviced in-house.
