COMMENT

1943年から登場したプレミエコレクション。プレミエはブライトリングのハイエンドラインとして展開されました。ケースは18金無垢ローズゴールド製で、ダイヤルはシルバーにヘアラインが入ったデザインを採用。40年代までに見られる古いスタイルの「Breitling」フォント、夜光無しのペンシル針とアラビアインデックスはクラシックです。3レジスターにチャプターリングとタキメータースケールを搭載したバランスの良い意匠となっています。ムーブメントはVenus社のCal.178を搭載しています。

ベゼルやガラスに傷、打痕の跡がなく美しいコンデションのケース。使用傷が少なく、ラグや側面に傷が見られないため好印象です。ダイヤルはエイジングによる変化が見られず、プリントの剥がれもありません。針は青焼されていることもあり、中央の三針とクロノ針にくすみはもちろん、サビなどみられませせん。インデックスはミニッツやタキメーターのプリントが欠けもなく美しい状態を保持しています。弊社にて分解掃除済みです。

プレミエは、ブライトリングの歴史の中でも古いコレクションであり、1940年代の初期に製造が開始されました。この時代、ブライトリングは実用的かつエレガントなクロノグラフを数多く手掛けており、プレミエはその先駆けとして誕生しました。特に18金無垢ローズゴールドのケースはイエローゴールドに比べると圧倒的に個体数が少なく、当時から特別な存在感を放ち、現在もクラシックな美しさと高い実用性を兼ね備えています。

COMMENT

Introduced in 1943, the Premier collection represents Breitling’s high-end line of watches. This particular model features an 18K pink gold case paired with a silver dial adorned with a hairline finish. Classic design elements such as the vintage Breitling font, pencil hands, and Arabic numeral indices evoke the sophistication of the 1940s. The balanced layout incorporates three registers, a chapter ring, and a tachymeter scale, showcasing both elegance and functionality. The watch is powered by the Venus Caliber 178, renowned for its reliability and precision.  

The case is in excellent condition, with no scratches or dents on the bezel or crystal, maintaining a pristine appearance. There are minimal signs of use, and the lugs and sides are free from noticeable scratches, leaving a very positive impression. The dial shows virtually no aging, and the printed elements remain fully intact without any peeling. The hands, crafted with blued steel, exhibit no tarnish or rust, including the central three hands and chronograph hand. The indexes are also in outstanding condition, with no wear or damage to the minute markers or tachymeter scale printing, retaining a beautiful overall appearance. The watch has been fully serviced by our company.

As one of Breitling’s earliest collections, the Premier line debuted in the early 1940s. Breitling was renowned during this era for crafting practical yet elegant chronographs, with the Premier series serving as a forerunner in this legacy. The 18K rose gold case, even in its time, was a standout feature, offering a unique combination of timeless beauty and high functionality.
