手巻きのオイスターは、薄型ケースを実現し、袖口を邪魔することなく、日常使いにぴったりと馴染むデザインです。サンレイ仕上げのダイヤルはシルキーな質感があり、上品さを引き立てます。薄型のケースとなだらかなドーム風防の組み合わせは、ロレックスらしからぬクラシックな趣を醸し出しています。バーインデックスとペンシルハンドという伝統的なデザインは、ビッグメゾンならではの風格があります。王冠ロゴはフラットなもので、スポーティーテイストを感じさせます。また、1974年に登場した新型のハードブレスレット（78350）とエンドリンク（557）が装備されており、実用十分です。

ケースはほとんど使用された形跡がなく、極太ラグには打痕も見られず、綺麗な状態です。ダイヤルはミントコンディションで、劣化や経年変化が一切見受けられず、当時の状態をそのまま保っています。針やインデックスにはメッキの剥がれがなく、鏡面が光を反射して美しく輝きます。半球状のルミナスは形を崩さず現存しており、黒焼けすることなく、嬉しいポイントです。弊社にて分解掃除済みです。

The combination of the slim case and the gently domed crystal gives the watch a classic aesthetic that is quite uncharacteristic of Rolex. The traditional design featuring bar indices and pencil hands adds a touch of prestige typical of a big maison. The flat crown logo also gives it a sporty vibe. This model is from 1974, the year when the new hard bracelet replaced the folded-link bracelet.

The case shows almost no signs of use, and the thick lugs remain free of any dents, keeping the watch in pristine condition.
