時計デザイナーとして有名なジェラルド・ジェンタが手掛けた「Cラインケース」が特徴的なコンステレーションです。ケースとラグを一体にデザインし、ブレスレットまで統一感をもたせてデザインしています。こちらはその後継機で、アクリル風防からガラスに、また搭載ムーブメントは次世代機のCal.1011に変更されています。

スポーティーになりがちなCラインケースながら、シンプルなダイアルを合わせてドレス感を失わない秀逸な意匠です。ペンシルハンドにバーインデックスの組み合わせは当時のドレスモデルのコンビネーションです。ダイヤルはメタリックなグレーでシルバーとの差異化が図られた、当時としては斬新なデザインだったことでしょう。オメガ純正のブレスレットを装備しています。ブレスレット単体での入手は難しいため、本体購入時に付属しているかどうかは大きなポイントです。

ケースは傷が少なく、元のエッジをよく残した良プロポーションです。ケースサイドにある鏡面の小さな面は均一に残っています。ダイアルはミントコンディションです。この世代のカラーダイアルはエイジングにより、剥がれが発生している個体が多く見られますが、こちらは剥がれが見られません。針やレターのホワイトプリントは発色良く残っており、当時の質感をそのままに残しています。弊社にて分解掃除済みです。

文字盤記載の“CHRONOMETER クロノメーター”とは、国際標準化機構が規定したＩＳＯ３１５９の基準に沿って、公的機関が姿勢や温度の差による厳しい精度試験を行い、クリアしたムーブメントにのみ与えられる“高精度”であることの認証です。

The Omega Constellation, featuring the distinctive "C-Line case" designed by the renowned watch designer Gerald Genta, showcases an integrated design of the case and lugs, creating a seamless connection with the bracelet. This successor model has evolved from the original, transitioning from an acrylic crystal to glass and adopting the next-generation Cal.1011 movement.

Despite the sporty tendencies of the C-Line case, the watch maintains an excellent design by pairing it with a simple dial, ensuring it doesn't lose its dressy appeal. The combination of pencil hands and bar indices is reminiscent of dress models from that era. The metallic gray dial, differentiating itself from traditional silver, showcases an innovative design for its time. Equipped with an authentic Omega bracelet, obtaining one separately can be challenging, making it a significant point if included with the watch at the time of purchase.

The case is in excellent condition with minimal scratches, retaining its original edges and proportions. The small mirrored surfaces on the case sides are uniformly preserved. The dial is in mint condition. Many watches from this era with colored dials often show signs of aging, such as peeling, but this piece exhibits none. The white-printed hands and lettering maintain vibrant colors, preserving the authentic texture of that period. The watch has undergone disassembly and cleaning by our experts.

The inscription "CHRONOMETER" on the dial signifies adherence to the ISO 3159 standards set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). It certifies that the movement has undergone rigorous accuracy tests conducted by public institutions, ensuring precision despite variations in position and temperature.
