18Kイエローゴールドのラウンドケースに、段差のあるステップベゼルが存在感を与えるヴァンドーム Ref.78090。ホワイトダイヤルは「PARIS」表記を備え、余白を活かしたレイアウトがカルティエらしい緊張感を生みます。リューズは粒状の装飾を伴うカボジョンで、柔らかな曲線のケースにジュエラーならではのアクセントを添えています。本個体はシリアル238+で、MK3ダイヤル（フラットA／シークレットシグネチャー）を搭載しています。
ケース全体のプロポーションが整い、ラグの稜線と面の張りが明瞭に残っています。使用に伴う軽い擦れは見られますが、フォルムを損ねる深いダメージは確認できません。ダイヤルはノンクラックで、プリントの輪郭は鮮明です。PARISダイヤルはヤケが見られず白の抜けが良く、レールウェイトラックとローマ数字のコントラストが端正に映ります。ブルースチール針のコンディションは良好で、全体の統一感が高い状態です。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。
