オメガの Cal.30T2SCRG搭載、クロノメーターモデルです。ダイヤルは縦ヘアライン仕上げのシルバー。夜光なしモデルで、シンプルなリーフハンドとローマインデックスの組み合わせです。細かく刻まれたチャプターリングは、視認性の高い秒針と合わせて、より優れた読時性を発揮します。インデックスとミニッツには象嵌が採用されています。当時はまだセンターセコンドが珍しく、際立たせるためにブルースチールの秒針が用いられました。この配色は、オメガの精度を誇る機種に見られる特徴的な意匠です。バックルは当時のもので、メーカーオリジナルがなかったオメガが公式採用していたものです。

ケースは傷が少なく、非常に良好なコンディションです。裏蓋のラグ周りに打痕が見られますが、着用時にはほとんど気になりません。ダイヤルはルーペで確認すると微細な点が見られますが、通常使用時にはほとんど目立ちません。外周部の48分位置に小さな傷があります。針はくすみがなく、特に青焼きされた秒針は美しい状態を保っています。弊社にて分解清掃済みです。

象嵌と呼ばれる印字製法は、ガラス質の釉薬を焼き付けてインデックスを立体的に表現したもので、パテックフィリップやヴァシュロン・コンスタンタンなどの一部の高級ブランドにのみ見られる特別な手法です。当時の最高峰モデルであるRGならではの、コストをかけたダイヤルデザインが特徴です。

COMMENT

This Omega timepiece is equipped with the Cal. 30T2SCRG chronometer movement. The dial features a vertically brushed silver finish, paired with a simple yet refined combination of leaf hands and Roman numeral indexes. The finely engraved chapter ring, along with the highly legible seconds hand, enhances overall readability. The indexes and minute markers are Raised Enamel, a testament to the meticulous craftsmanship of this model. At the time, center seconds were still uncommon, and to highlight this feature, Omega used a blued steel seconds hand—a signature design element found in their high-precision models.

The case remains in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear. There is a minor dent near the lugs on the case back, but it is barely noticeable when worn. Under magnification, the dial shows some microscopic spots, though they are nearly imperceptible during regular use. A small mark is present near the 48-minute position on the outer edge. The hands exhibit no tarnishing, and the heat-blued seconds hand, in particular, retains its stunning vibrancy. Fully serviced by our workshop.

The Raised Enamel roman indexes and chapter ring give the dial a striking, three-dimensional appearance. This enameling technique involves firing vitreous enamel onto the surface, a method reserved for only the finest watchmakers such as Patek Philippe and Vacheron Constantin. As one of Omega’s top-tier RG models of the era, this piece showcases an exquisite and costly dial design befitting its status.
