頑強な大型ケースを採用したシーマスター。このRef.168.050は希少なリファレンスで、数あるシーマスターの中でも突出したスペックを誇ります。ダイナミックやビッグイエローを彷彿させる42mm径の大ぶりなケースには、耐磁性を考慮した通常よりも分厚いダイヤルを収めています。ペンシルハンドとダイバーモデルのような幅広で視認性の良いインデックス、外周には市松模様のミニッツが目を引きます。二重蓋構造で、金メッキされた耐磁板とムーブメントの周りに鉄のリングを収めています。ムーブメントはCal.564で、クロノメーターをパスしたオメガの最高峰の精度を誇る機械が搭載されています。ブレスレットはRef.1170、エンドリンク626です。

ケースはほとんど使用の形跡が見られない素晴らしいコンディションです。ダイヤルは焼けが少なく、キリッとしたシルバーカラーがみずみずしいです。厳正に判断すると、ダイヤル外周53分の方向にわずかな経年変化が見られますが、ほとんど気になりません。針やインデックスは劣化が少なく、上面の鏡面仕上げがきらりと反射します。トリチウムは形に崩れがなく、理想的なベージュカラーです。弊社にて分解掃除済みで、作動テストではパワーリザーブ44時間、日差+30秒を確認しています。

This Seamaster features a robust, oversized case, making it one of the standout references among the many Seamasters. The Ref.168.050 is a rare reference, boasting exceptional specifications. Reminiscent of the Dynamic and Big Yellow models, its large 42mm case houses a thicker dial designed for anti-magnetic properties. The watch features pencil hands and wide, highly legible indices akin to those on diver models. The outer perimeter of the dial is adorned with a checkered minute track. It employs a double case back structure, with a gold-plated anti-magnetic plate and an iron ring encasing the movement. The watch is powered by the Cal.564 movement, which has passed the chronometer certification, representing the pinnacle of OMEGA's precision. The bracelet is Ref.1170 with end links 626.

The case is in outstanding condition, showing minimal signs of use. The dial has retained its crisp silver color with minimal patina. Notably, there is slight aging at the 53-minute mark on the outer edge of the dial, but it is hardly noticeable. The hands and indices show minimal degradation, with their mirror finishes beautifully reflecting light. The tritium on the indices remains intact, exhibiting an ideal beige hue. The watch has been serviced by our company, with the power reserve tested at 44 hours and a daily rate deviation of +30 seconds.

This model is specialized for anti-magnetic performance, making it a worthy successor to the Railmaster. It is presumed to have been used as a serious tool watch, given its limited production. Its excellent condition makes it a highly desirable piece for collectors.
