ヴィンテージロレックスの間では、プレシジョンラインがあまり高く評価されていないという印象ですが、この時計を見る限り、それはアンフェアであることが容易に想像できます。手巻きのオイスターはより薄いケースを実現し、袖口を邪魔することなく日常使いに馴染みます。サンレイ仕上げのグレーダイヤルを採用しており、ケースとダイヤルが同色なので、よりミニマルな印象です。薄いケースになだらかなドーム風防の組み合わせは、ロレックスらしくないクラシカルな趣を演出しています。エンジンターンドベゼルが個性を引き立てます。バーインデックスとペンシルハンドの伝統的なデザインにはビッグメゾンならではの風格が感じられます。王冠ロゴはフラットで、スポーティーなテイストがあります。

In the world of vintage Rolex watches, the Precision line often doesn't receive as much acclaim, but judging from this timepiece, that perception seems unfair. The hand-wound Oyster achieves a thinner case profile, making it ideal for everyday wear without snagging on cuffs. It features a sunray finished grey dial, creating a minimalist impression with matching case colour. The combination of a thin case and gentle domed crystal offers a classical charm not typically associated with Rolex. The engine-turned bezel adds personality, while the bar indices and pencil hands exude a distinctive elegance typical of a major maison. The flat crown logo adds a sporty touch.

The case is in excellent condition with superior proportions. The dial is mint, showing no signs of deterioration or aging, preserving its original state for use. The hands and indices exhibit no signs of plating loss, reflecting light crisply off their mirrored surfaces. The hemispherical luminous markers remain intact without distortion, and the absence of any blackening is particularly pleasing. Having undergone disassembly and cleaning by our company, it remains in its original condition for immediate use.

The hand-wound Calibre 1225 may appear smaller and less robust compared to Omega's 30mm calibres, but it proves highly functional with stable accuracy. Rolex's reputation in achieving precision with this size in hand-wound movements is evident. The Zenith torque is light, and the large crown provides a supple winding experience.
