シーマスターの完成形とも言えるRef.166.010の、ノーデイトモデルがRef.165.010。ヴィンテージらしい、ブラックミラーギルトダイヤルに、ルミナスつきのバーインデックスとドルフィンハンド、クラシックな要素が組み合わされています。この世代のシーマスターはインデックスと針に黒色のプリントを施した個体がほとんどですが、こちらは夜光塗料を採用しています。スクリューバックのケースは薄型に改良され、日本人の腕サイズに良く合います。ブレスレットはビーズオブライスRef.1036、エンドリンク11です。

状態の良さが際立つお品です。この世代のブラックミラーダイヤルは、経年変化によりボソボソとした質感になっている個体がほとんどですが、パーフェクトな艶を保っています。針と針夜光は経年変化が見られます。ケースの良さが、この上等なダイヤルをさらに美しいものに仕立てています。小傷のみで、フォーマル、スーツスタイルに合わせて仕事で使うことに最適な清潔感のあるコンディションです。弊社にて分解掃除済みでパワーリザーブ46時間を確認しています。

Ref.166.010, also known as the non-date model Ref.165.010, can be considered the epitome of the Seamaster line. It features a vintage-inspired black mirror dial with applied bar indices, dauphine hands, and classic elements. The case has been slimmed down, making it suitable for Japanese wrist sizes. While most models from this generation of Seamasters feature black printed indices and hands, this one adopts luminous paint. It comes with a Beads of Rice Ref.1030 bracelet and Endlink 11.

This piece truly stands out for its impeccable condition. Typically, black mirror dials from this era develop a grainy texture over time, but this one retains a perfect gloss. Some aging is visible on the hands and luminous paint. The case shows only minor scratches, presenting a clean and suitable condition for formal or suit styles, ideal for daily wear. It has been fully disassembled and cleaned by our team, with a confirmed power reserve of 46 hours.

As we entered the 1960s, models with date complications became predominant. The Seamaster second-generation case models, Ref.14779 and Ref.165.010, are extremely rare, especially those with a perfect black mirror. This particular 6-digit reference from later years is the first of its kind handled by our company. With its non-date automatic movement and remarkable accuracy, it's undoubtedly one of the most rare and user-friendly vintage watches.
