魅力的な造形を誇るクロノストップRef.145.010です。ダイヤルがそのまま９０度右回転されたデザインは、ドライバーのために考案されたものです。ケースデザインが非常に凝っております。ベゼルはヘアライン仕上げ、ケース外周は鏡面。ダイアルはインデックス設置部が高く、ダイヤル中央部が傾斜している、パイパンダイヤルと真逆の作りです。斜傾部に設置されたアップライトインデックスには、半球状の夜光が半分ほど重なるように乗っています。ミニッツは0.2秒単位まで細かく目盛りがプリントされています。モノプッシャーストップウォッチは、プッシャーを１回を押すと起動し、2回目で押し続けオレンジ色の針を停止させ、秒を読み取ります。プッシャーを離すと、センタークロノはゼロに戻ります。

ケースは鏡面とヘアラインの境目が美しいです。鏡面には傷が見られません。プッシュボタンに使用感はありません。ダイヤルはパーフェクトです。インデックスにわずかにくすみが見られますが、肉眼ではほとんど気になりません。ルミナスに焼けは少なく、年代を考慮すると素晴らしいコンディションです。

クロノストップのドライバーモデルは、ハンドルの10時と２時位置を掴む為、腕の上に時計を乗せると時刻が読めないことから、本来手首の内側に着けることを目的として、デザインされた時計でした。 マイノリティなコアなオメガマニアの中で、非常に高い評価を受けています。コレクターズアイテムとしてもおすすめできる逸品です。

＜Geneve（ジュネーブ）＞シリーズは、コンステレーション、デビル、スピードマスター、シーマスターなどのシリーズの中でエントリーモデルとして1964年に登場。エントリーモデルとはいえ、発売当時の国産機械式時計などと比べるとはるかに高性能で、高価な時計でした。デザイン性が高く、メンズ、レディス共に都会的でスタイリッシュなモデルが多いラインです。現在では生産されていないモデルのため、アンティークでしか味わえない魅力があります。

The Chronostop Ref.145.010 boasts a captivating design, with a dial that is rotated 90 degrees to the right, specifically tailored for drivers. The case design is intricately crafted, featuring a hairline finish on the bezel and a polished mirror finish on the case periphery. The dial itself is unique, with raised index positions and a central part that slopes inward, opposite to the typical pie-pan dial. The upright indices on the inclined part of the dial have half-spherical luminous markers that overlap slightly. The minute markers are finely printed in 0.2-second increments. The monopusher stopwatch operates by pressing once to start, holding down on the second press to stop the orange hand and read the seconds, and releasing the pusher to reset the central chronograph hand to zero.

The case exhibits a beautiful contrast between the polished and hairline finishes, with no scratches on the mirror finish. The push button shows no signs of wear. The dial is in perfect condition, with only slight tarnishing on the indices that is barely noticeable to the naked eye. The luminous markers show minimal aging, making it remarkably well-preserved considering its age.

The driver model of the Chronostop was designed to be worn on the inside of the wrist, as reading the time would be difficult when holding the steering wheel at the 10 o’clock and 2 o’clock positions. This design has earned high praise among a niche group of dedicated Omega enthusiasts. It is highly recommended as a collector's item due to its unique appeal and rarity.

The <Geneve> series was introduced in 1964 as an entry-level model within Omega’s lineup, which includes the Constellation, De Ville, Speedmaster, and Seamaster series. Despite being an entry-level model, the Geneve series was far superior and more expensive compared to domestic mechanical watches of the time. The series is known for its high design value, offering urban and stylish models for both men and women. As these models are no longer in production, they offer a charm that can only be experienced through antique timepieces.
