200m防水、両回転ベゼル、そして視認性の高い文字盤。このチュードルのミニサブは、マリンシーンでの使用を想定した造りが特徴です。ロレックス サブマリーナの人気は言わずもがなですが、少し小振りなサイズ感が特徴のミニサブも見逃せないモデルです。

このモデルはチュードルとして最後のプラスチック風防を採用しており、クラシックな雰囲気が漂います。以降のモデルではサファイアガラスが採用され、デザインも一新されました。時針はベンツ針、秒針は通称「ロリポップ」と呼ばれるドット付きのデザインです。インデックスは6時、9時、12時位置にクサビ型が配置され、それ以外はすべてドットインデックスとなっており、ダイバーズウォッチの無骨な印象を和らげています。さらに、チュードル純正のブレスレットが装備されています。

この個体は素晴らしいコンディションを保っています。ケースは状態が良く、ラグやベゼルのエッジがしっかりと立っており、鏡面とヘアライン仕上げのコントラストが際立っています。ダメージを受けやすいベークライトベゼルも、最小限の使用傷しかなく、製造から30年が経過しているとは思えないほどの美しさを保っています。ダイヤルは非常に綺麗で、目立つ汚れやエイジングは見られません。針のメッキも剥がれがなく、光を美しく反射します。弊社にて分解掃除済みで、快調にご使用いただけます。

ミニサブはその名前こそ「ミニ」ですが、200m防水や視認性の高い文字盤といった、本格的なプロダイバー向けのスペックを備えています。良好な状態のミニサブは市場で見かけることが少なくなっております。

1930年代に＜ROLEX＞のディフュージョンブランドとして誕生。素晴らしい製造技術を誇りながらも、時計製造コストが高く認知度が低かった＜ROLEX＞に対して、低価格で一般庶民に親しまれた＜TUDOR＞。結果的には＜TUDOR＞が世間に認められたことで、＜ROLEX＞の認知度は急激に高まり、＜ROLEX＞は現在の「世界的に有名」なブランドとして認められるようになりました。

The Tudor Mini-Sub is characterized by its 200m water resistance, bidirectional bezel, and highly legible dial, all designed with marine use in mind. While the Rolex Submariner is famously popular, the Mini-Sub stands out with its slightly smaller size, making it an overlooked gem among dive watches.

This model is the last Tudor to feature a plastic crystal, giving it a classic feel. Later models transitioned to sapphire glass, accompanied by a refreshed design. The hour hand is a "Mercedes" style, while the seconds hand is a "lollipop" design with a dot at the tip. The indices are a mix of wedge-shaped markers at 6, 9, and 12 o'clock, with circular markers elsewhere, which softens the rugged image typical of diver's watches. Additionally, it comes with the original Tudor bracelet.

This particular watch is in excellent condition. The case has been well-preserved, with sharp lugs and bezel edges, highlighting the contrast between the polished and brushed finishes. The bakelite bezel, often prone to damage, shows only minimal wear, maintaining a beauty that belies its 30-year age. The dial is exceptionally clean, with no noticeable dirt or aging, and the hands retain their original plating, reflecting light beautifully. The watch has been fully serviced by our shop and is ready for immediate use.

Despite its "Mini" name, the Mini-Sub boasts professional dive watch specifications, such as 200m water resistance and a highly readable dial. It's increasingly rare to find Mini-Subs in such good condition on the market.
